Sector
Manufacturing, engineering and export.
Four engagements with manufacturers and industrial distributors. What each of them had in common was not the product — it was that the paperwork around the product had outgrown the people doing it.

What these engagements had in common.
Every business in this section ran on a real ERP and lost time in the gap around it. Vendor invoices arriving on WhatsApp and by email, then being keyed into Tally by hand. Purchase orders, goods receipts and invoices matched by eye, at a clerical error rate nobody had measured until we measured it. Export decisions taken on three to six months of manual country research.
The work was to close those gaps without replacing the ledger. Tally stays where it is, because that is where the accounts belong; what changes is that nobody types into it twice.
Invoice intake from email and WhatsApp, read and posted without re-keying
Three-way matching that routes its own exceptions to a person instead of guessing
Idempotent writeback to Tally ERP 9, so a record cannot post twice
Export and pricing decisions taken on gathered signal rather than dealer chatter
Client privacy and intellectual property
Every architecture and figure below is anonymised under a binding mutual NDA. Company names are withheld to protect our clients’ trade secrets, supplier networks and competitive margins — not to obscure the work. Architecture walkthroughs, system schemas and audited figures are available to a qualified executive enquiry under mutual NDA.
Measured in the engagementEstimated or projected
India
Tier-1 precision tooling & discrete engineering manufacturer
- Invoice turnaround
- 7–10 days to 1–2 days
- Back-office data entry
- ≈60% less
- Reconciliation errors
- ≈12% to under 3%
The problem and what was built
The problem
Work was split between a legacy Tally ERP 9, spreadsheets nobody had standardised, and WhatsApp threads. Vendor invoices took seven to ten days to clear, and three-way matching of purchase orders, goods receipts and invoices carried an estimated 12% clerical error rate.
What was built
- Autonomous ingestion workers capturing vendor invoices from email and WhatsApp
- OCR and LLM field extraction mapped strictly to Tally ERP 9 ledger schemas
- A deterministic three-way reconciliation engine that routes its own discrepancies
- Idempotent RPA writeback into Tally ERP 9, so a record cannot post twice
- A finance exception dashboard for what the engine will not decide alone
India / global
Heavy earthmoving equipment & capital goods exporter
- Market evaluation
- 3–6 months to 2–4 weeks
- Year-one export pipeline
- $2M+ projected
- Compliance
- Ad-hoc legal research replaced by automated vetting
The problem and what was built
The problem
Three to six months went into each target country by hand — import regulation, statutory certification, freight partners. High-value infrastructure tenders across Africa, South-East Asia and the GCC were missed because the compliance path was never mapped before the deadline.
What was built
- A market intelligence system tracking infrastructure spending and import tenders across 40+ countries
- An export compliance rules engine covering CE, GCC Conformity and SASO certification, HS codes and vetted bonded freight
- Corridor identification routing high-probability export opportunities into the sales pipeline
India
Multi-regional steel stockholding & industrial distribution network
- Direct sales
- 0% to 30% of deal flow
- Buyer qualification
- Days to minutes
- Gross margin
- +8–12% by removing the broker layer
The problem and what was built
The problem
Every sale went through an offline middleman, taking 8–12% of gross margin with it. There was no direct buyer channel at all, and qualifying a high-volume buyer took days.
What was built
- Programmatic acquisition scanning industrial buyer networks and tender boards
- A buyer scoring engine reading credit signals, procurement history and volume capacity
- A live catalogue with inventory and price synchronisation, feeding a deal-stage CRM
India
Flexible packaging & industrial barrier film producer
- Pricing response
- Weeks to hours
- Regional revenue uplift
- 15–20% estimated
The problem and what was built
The problem
When tier-1 national competitors withdrew from a region, the gap went uncaptured because the only signal was dealer chatter. Polymer prices moved faster than pricing decisions, which took weeks.
What was built
- Competitive intelligence nodes watching regional price lists, government tenders and resin exchanges
- A pricing and margin arbitrage engine surfacing regional spreads and unmet volume
- Procurement leads routed live into frontline sales
Other sectors.
Fleet, freight and cross-border trade.
Three engagements where the cargo moved reliably and the information about it did not. Dispatch ran through WhatsApp groups, consignees had no dependable ETA, and the billing caught up a fortnight later.
FMCG, agri-commodity and multi-branch retail.
Four engagements where the business was distributed — across SKUs, across branches, across channels — and the reporting was not. By the time the numbers arrived they described a month that had already gone.
